HILLSBOROUGH - The Hillsboro United Men’s Ministry in conjunction with the United Methodist Church of Hillsboro, New Hampshire is holding its Second Annual Don McCulloch Golf Classic on at the Angus Lea Golf Course. Tee time will be at 1PM. A dinner and awards ceremony will follow.

HENNIKER - On Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm, the Fiber Studio will host Weaving Beyond the Basics. On June 10 6:30-9:30pm for 4 weeks – Needle Felted Floral Appliques.

GREENFIELD - The Greenfield Historical Society, along with the Recreation Department will have a presentation by Rob Hannings, baseball historian. Mr. Hannings will be talking baseball with a local flair. He will also share a collection of hundreds of vintage and present day items; town teams and more! The public is invited to this presentation which begins at 7:00pm in the Peter Wensberg room at the Greenfield Library. From 6:30-7:00pm the Historical Society will hold their annual business meeting. Refreshments will be served. Please contact 547-2108 for more information.

ANTRIM - Recreation Allies, a project of Under One Roof, is teaming up with Antrim Recreation Department for an afternoon trip to Twinkle Town Mini Golf. This trip is appropriate for all mini golfers ages 14 and older. The bus leaves Antrim Town Hall at 3:30 and returns at 6:30. Pre registration is required. HOPKINTON - The Hopkinton Independent School will host a summer camp open house for Camp Tuckernuck from 9am to noon.
WEARE - A NH Humanities Council lecture, “Popular Music During World War II: Using Propaganda to Boost Morale,” will be presented at 7pm, at Weare Town Hall. Speaker Calvin Knickerbocker will bring samples of music from hundreds of songs written to unify the country and increase morale both at home and in the military. Hosted by Weare Public Library and Weare Historical Society, admission is free and refreshments will be served. All are welcome.

HENNIKER - John Stark Regional High School music teacher Emily Jaworski will present a classical vocal recital at 7pm at the Henniker Congregational Church. The program will include art songs and arias spanning from the eighteenth to twenty-first centuries, accompanied by Calvin Herst at the piano. The performance is offered free of charge.
HENNIKER - The New England College Department of Theatre will present “Fuddy Meers” Friday and Saturday at 8pm and April 20th at 3pm at the Mainstage Theatre in the NEC Science Building. For tickets, call 428-2485.
HILLSBOROUGH - “The Boys are Back in Town!” The Miner Band returns to perform at the American Legion Post 59. Start the night an all- you- can-eat fish fry from 5 -7pm and Promo from 6-8pm. Open to members and bonifide guests.
STODDARD - The Stoddard Historic Society will hold a meeting at 7:30pm at the Stoddard Town Hall. Francelia Clark, Historian, will give a slide talk on her book Time Travel With Horses. Book & refreshments follow.

HILLSBOROUGH - John Stormer, noted author, lecturer and theologian will speak at the Hillsboro Baptist Church and Christian School at 7pm. The public is invited to his presentaion. Coffee hour to follow.
HENNIKER - The White Birch Community Center Board of Directors is pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for the White Birch BASH at Pats Peak Ski area. The evening starts with hors d’oeuvres, several raffle items, and a silent auction, with a cash bar available all evening. A full-course dinner is included in the ticket price along with live entertainment by and dancing to one of the area’s favorite blues bands, “Kid Pinky”. White Birch BASH! tickets are $40.00/person and may be purchased by contacting Board Member and Event Co-Chair Jeanne Daniel at 428-7244, or any White Birch Board Member. Tickets are on sale though March 30th.
